Upon completion, there will be a maximum of 623 homes at
Bressi Ranch. The home options will include approximately 523
single-family, detached homes on homesites ranging from
approximately 3,500 square feet to more than 14,000 square
feet; the homes will feature an array of architectural styles.
In addition, the plan incorporates approximately 100
affordably priced multi-family for sale condominiums.
